iPhone 5C specs
The iPhone 5C will likely be cheaper than the iPhone 5S but don't expect Apple to treat this as a cheap phone. We're expecting the iPhone 5C to have solid specs for the price.
Not much is known about the iPhone 5C but multiple leaks show that the back housing will be made of plastic. Apple used to make the iPhone out of plastic before the iPhone 4, so it surely has expertise in crafting a device using this material.
The iPhone 5C could have a 4-inch Retina Display to make it easier on its developers but that could also drive up the price. As you can see from the video below, the iPhone 5C housing looks to be the same length as the iPhone 5, so expect a 4-inch screen no matter what.
Other leaks show that thenon iPhone 5C should have the same camera that was found in the iPhone 5. This means we can expect the iPhone 5C to have an 8-megapixel camera but it may not have the sapphire crystal to protect it in order to cut costs.
Look for the iPhone 5C to be available in a variety of bright colors, too.
